By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Joined ‘By Miles’ last month following a recommendation from a family member. I’ve been with a leading competitor for years but received no loyalty bonuses etc. By Miles offer far better rates and I love the concept. No drama and easy to use

I've been a customer for three years. The app and experience are intuitive, the customer service team are helpful with all my enquiries, and the pricing is extremely reasonable.
