Easy and affordable

So good I got my daughter to sign up too.

As a retired person with a clean driving record and a full no claims bonus I was angry when my old insurance Co. tried to up my premiums by a large sum based purely on my age. That's when I found By Miles and I am so pleased I did. My yearly insurance costs actually went down a fair bit. Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Honestly, this makes car insurance so much better!

With the global pandemic, and the fact that more people work from home, ByMiles has come in as a massive time and money saver. I worked from home before the world came to a standstill, and I found that paying thousands over the years in car insurance which I barely used was a waste of money (and IMO illegal). Why should we pay for a car when it's sat on the driveway? And the logistics otherwise is just a nightmare. So either pay hundreds, if not thousands, or go through the stress of hiring a car/sorting out insurance/public transport. ByMiles did me a huge favour, and I've been able to drastically reduce how much I pay in insurance. All the "big" and "well known" companies only ever put up the premiums, even when I was the perfect driver. They took any excuse to take my money. With ByMiles, it was quick and painless, and all I needed to do was install a small device to record the number of miles I drive, and nothing else. I paid £200 up-front to have the car "road legal" essentially, and then I just pay whenever I drive the car. The only downsides are the lack of adding a learner driver to the policy, and the lack of being able to drive other cars third-party (so not quite fully comp.) I only wish I found ByMiles sooner! A perfect way to pay for insurance

We very rarely drive our car and sometimes it feels ridiculous having to pay full wack for insurance. This is the perfect way to pay. Should be standard. Plus the little device plugged into your car tells you all sorts off geeky information about your car and the routes it take. I recommend this company to so many people. Wouldnt use anyone else

I love the app and I can see where I am travelling too and how much everything is costing. I am able to track my costs for each journey on the travel tracker and it’s makes budgeting so much easier being able to see exactly how much is journey costs! Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Common Sense in the World of Car Insurance

I believe all car insurance should be charged THIS way when the car is on the road and at risk, not sat safely on the drive, and especially in my case behind a 6 foot fence Locked gate and a German Sheperd on guard!! Reviewed on: 17th August 2022

Straightforward and excellent value for money
