By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I found this company in the internet.I did my research read reviews etc.I now have my insurance with them.I find it good value.I like the device that you plug in your car that tells you how much your trips cost through the connecting app.Minthly statements to my email.Great Customer service. Love the concept, you pay as much you drive. The app is just amazingly intuitive and clutter free. App also allows you to set alerts after each journey showing miles driven and cost of the drive. . Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Great value from By Miles

My son put me on to By Miles and helped me sort out moving to them when my insurance was up for renewal. Changing over to them was quick and easy and the gadget thing to fit in the car came through quickly with easy to use instructions for fitting it. It's been fantastic with a great basic rate and then only paying for the miles I drive - and even that's capped. I'll be sticking with By Miles for my car insurance for the foreseeable future as I haven't seen any other insurers with such a great offering. Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
