By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Amazing Insurance

Since taking my policy out with By Miles, i feel as if i am in control of everything. The ease of use off the up to date By Miles app is great as i can monitor my usage and keep track of everything. The quote i was given initially could not be beat by any other insurer!. Would always recommend By Miles to everyone to always be in control with great prices! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Was sceptical at first to try by miles but best thing I did. It was so easy to switch from my old insurance company, it was so easy to set up, I love the app and the fact it has everything I need at my finger tips and there customer service team are so lovely and helpful. Perfect Insurance for my life style!

I live in a city and cycle to work every day but I drive once to twice a week if I need to go food shopping or visit family. I have been paying £400+ for the last several years despite using my car less and less. Until.....By Miles! I now pay a much smaller annual premium and just the monthly usage fee. My insurance cost has halved and now truly reflects how often I use my vehicle. It is such a great way to structure an insurance policy. Why would I want to pay for the travelling I don't do?!? I have been with by Miles for 3 years now, I find it great they are the only company to charge me each month with what Miles I do, which sometimes isn't alot I need to pay I will continue to be with by miles as the customer service is excellent too! Only a message through the app and they respond very quickly, instead with other insurance companies waiting on the phone for ages! BY MILES IS THE BEST! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022

Well priced and accurate miles. Have only been with them 6 months but on track for my miles I estimated so shouldn’t go over and should have money refunded at end. A great idea! Reviewed on: 16th August 2022
