By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Exactly what I needed as a low mile user

I only use my car for local journeys that too less often and was looking to save money instead of paying those hefty sums to other insurance providers. I’ve been so impressed with this company ever since I joined them and I have saved so much ever since. I night recommend this anyone who doesn’t always drive all the time and it’s just so convenient that you only get charged for the miles you go which is absolutely brilliant.
