Great concept and customer service

Really like the new concept of by miles, easy to set up and use and really makes you think about what mileage you are actually driving on a monthly basis. All very transparent, my only gripe is that you can’t add anyone on the policy unless they live with you or are a relative, I really needed some support after I broke a bone in my foot, I live in village on my own with my 10 year old son in Devon and they wouldn’t insure my expartner even for a day to drive my car (he had a van) which was very disappointing- I had to take out separate insurance. Good value for the Ltd mileage I do

One of my best decisions!

I joined By Miles some years ago, they were excellent then, they still are! The opportunity to pay for your insurance as and when and if is a great idea. I feel that I’m getting value for money as I’m only paying for the times I drive as opposed to a high annual premium.. Plus I also know my car is insured whilst my card is parked at home. Plus other benefits such as tracking system included! Their Customer service has always been outstanding and friendly… Difficult to beat all round! Reviewed on: 11th August 2022
