By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

By Miles car insurance is so convenient and easy to use. If ever you need to contact them, response times are excellent. I love the tips for summer/winter driving and all the tips and support during/after lockdowns, as well as the fabulous Spotify music playlists they sometimes send out. I wasnt sure aboout a pay as you go insurance. But i have been impressed by the customer service. Also due to the uncertainty over the past year of working from home or in the office, ByMiles PAYG insurance has saved me hundreds of pounds. Reviewed on: 5th September 2021

This is the first car insurance where I don’t feel any stress, even with the monthly payment. £18.76 I paid last month for my insurance with breakdown cover. (You do have to pay a first payment and mine was £209). I’m very happy with By miles, needed to change my DD payment date and they did it with no questions ask, the staff couldn’t be happier to help. I don't use my car as much as many people. It is good that my insurance with Miles and More takes that into account. It means that on top of a basic annual premium I only pay when I am out on the road and "at risk" there. On top of that whenever I have had problems, such as when my tracker stopped working, or had other concerns I have always had a very friendly and helpful response.
