Highly recommended!

I have used By Miles for a while now and have been so impressed. When I changed from my previous insurer I immediately saved several hundred pounds and couldn't believe there wasn't a catch. They have proven to be perfect for me, and as I have low mileage the additional costs per mile are literally pennies each month. The app is great, I can track all my journeys on a map and I love the analysis that's available (average speed, distance travelled etc). There's a neat little engine fault diagnostic tool too! The team have been great, really helpful when my last car was scrapped and the tracker accidentally left in situ! I couldn't recommend more highly. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

By miles is by far the best insurance company ive ever dealt with, in all aspects and thats why ive continued to stay with them and recommended them to my friends and family.

I love the idea of only paying when you drive, as i drive really less, so it really suits my needs, every communication is prompt and ive never had any issues. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Great insurance plus spin-off benefits.

Excellent pricing and a very helpful customer services team. What I really like as well is the fact that the data recorder helps you defend erroneous parking, speeding and other legal action by providing unequivocal evidence of a car's location at any given time. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

So far decent

Second year with miles.. although this year the price had increased but didn't want any hassle changing over.. I always use the miles app which keeps track of travelling distance. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Great especially for younger people
