By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Excellent insurance company

Great customer service when renewing my policy. I haven't used the claim process yet and I hope I don't but ByMiles saved me at least £300 each year compared to other insurance companies. This is my second year with them so far and they are honest because they offered me same renewal price as new customer which rarely happens these days to existing customers. Happy Injured Veteran Knowing What he's Getting

As an injured veteran, financially it can be stressful. But with the help and fantastic set up with By Miles, it has aided me into knowing what I'm getting for my money. It also encourages me to walk more which helps me with my physical and mental health. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Because of Covid I have driven less, but I have only paid for the miles travelled. Beside, I feel confident that I am covered and If my car was stolen, I can track It. I know that I am looked after. Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

My son recommended me and I was a bit hesitant. He quashed all my doubts and I'm so glad I listened to him. The site is very easy to use. I downloaded the app, got my plug in and off I went. Paid a lump sum and then pay my bill each month. I like the fact that you can see where you have been and how much it cost for each journey. With my son recommending me we also both got £50 off our mileage. So far I haven't paid any more money. Win win situation. I will probably only pay half what I was quoted by my previous insurers. Great value for money, great customer service

I initially joined up because i don't do many miles during the year, the service was quick and easy and after having been with ByMiles for a few months I can certainly say the customer service is excellent: questions are answered quickly, the few minor issues i have had are resolved quickly too.
