By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Low mileage drivers can save a lot of money.

When applying for car insurance from By Miles, I found the whole process much simpler and with far less questions when than with other insurance companies. It was also very clearly laid out and explained all the details in a straight forward manner. As long as I continue to be a low mileage driver I can’t envisage any need to shop around each year as I’ve always done in the past. I love the fact that ‘the plug’ acts also as a sort of free bonus tracker for your car, so within the app you always know where your vehicle is located plus of course, how much your mileage is for each journey. Cheapest by far and so easy to use

We use our car semi-regularly, so having comprehensive cover is important. But the ability to easily keep track and raise, or lower, our monthly expenses is amazing.
