Fantastic Service

I drive maximum 6 or 7 miles a day and this is the way cheaper insurance service I found last year. And the good news, after a year price dropped almost by %30 for my 2nd year. They have a live chat which is quite fast, providing excellent customer service when you need any help. They don't track how you drive but how many miles, so you don't need to worry as this is not a black box. I definitely recommend anyone who drive less and doesn't want to pay fortune for insurance. Best car insurance I've ever had!

By Miles is by far the best insurance company I've ever come across, such a great and innovative idea has saved me hundreds of pounds. Ever since the pandemic started I've been working from home and haven't been using my car that often, By Miles gave me the opportunity to find convenient and affordable car insurance while not using my car that often. The app is so convenient and easy to use and clearly outlines everything I need to know e.g. how many miles my last journey was, if the tracker has been accidentally removed, how much my journey has cost me etc... In addition, the customer service is second to none and is so convenient with web chat through the app being my preferred choice of communication. Any time I ever have any questions or something to discuss I can reach an advisor through the app in a couple of minutes, they're always very helpful, polite and provide great service. People literally do not believe me when I tell them how By Miles works - it is too good to be true, but simply is true! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
