By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

What is not to like about By Miles car insurance??

By Miles is THE best and easiest car insurance out there, hands down! Using their app is very intuitive and easy. Their customer service is very professional and they get back to you super fast. And all of this for very VERY reasonable prices! Personally I never tend to go for the cheapest option, but i prefer the best. And that's what you get with By Miles. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I’m so please to have found this company. My Miles dies exactly what it says on the tin . My one off payment was so low and I’m paying for exactly the miles I’m using . My only experience contacting the customer service department was in the beginning, just to clarify a question before joining and just after . My concerns were handled quickly and they were all pleasant on both occasions. This is my first year with them and I’ve recommended so many friends with compatible vehicles who does drive as much as myself . I will be renewing for the second time in 2.5 months . My Miles policy is brilliant, give the insure driver access/ cover to drive other vehicles and overseas cover included. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I have been using By Miles for past two years now. I have saved so much compared to previous insurance i was using. Since I started using I recommended to three of my friends who went on to use By miles where they have saved so much money by switching. I also benefited from it as I got miles for recommending.
