By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

For low mileage, occasional drivers like me, this is an excellent way to do car insurance. The Company has moved with the times, utilising the latest communications tools that are user friendly and easy to understand. Coming from the appalling customer experience of Hastings, ByMiles has been a breath of fresh air, with the friendliest agents of any company I've dealt with. Almost anything can be sorted through messages instead of long unnecessary phone calls with long waiting times. Strongly recommend. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
