By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I’m experienced with many driving years under my seat belt - this concept was new to me and i was very apprehensive. Try it and you won’t want to switch back to traditional insurance. The app is easy to set up and intuitive. A great concept in my opinion. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I have been with ByMiles for 18 months and have been delighted with the easy an economical way I have been able to insure my car. Thank black box which is, easily fitted gives you benefits as it logs your journey and by downloading the app you are able to compare journey routes.
