Been with by miles for two years now. I wasn't initially quite happy with my renewal quote but when I compared it to the insurances was much better. This is a new way of being insured and it works well this will be the future. Great customer service aswell. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Great Insurance Concept for Inner City Car Owners

Bought By Miles insurance after moving to London recently and COVID meant I wasn't as reliant on my car for work - meaning I ,unsurprisingly, I drive a lot less then I did previously. As a result, I am only paying for insurance when I actually drive - the variable concept of payment is far more appealing and commercially beneficial to myself vs a standard traditional one off insurance payment. I don't use my car too often and they offered a very reasonable price for insurance as I pay by miles. I am happy with By miles overall, any time I have an issue and contact them by app, they answer in a couple minutes and all sorted out. I would recommend them. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
