By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

I've saved loads by using By Miles. Already got my Mum using them too. Even now the world has opened back up again it's working out cheaper for me. ByMiles is a brilliant solution to low mileage drivers like me. I have saved a significant sum each year by moving to By Miles. 1, this was the best lowest quote price wise, except excess money. 2, counter meter on miles , proper tracker on car as well, 3, pay as you go insurance , super easy app to see yourself driven, 4, i can have SUV and convertible and a classic ie 2-3 cars insured same time , parked safe , drive season wise your choice of car, without paying haptic amount on insurance on all of them, in past i paid out large sum of having 2 cars. thanks to By-Miles , i can live my dream again 5, best ,honest ,upfront and immediate payment master for refer a friend scheme , no terms attached, simply refer , if bought , enjoy £50 each, nothing can be fairer then this 6, perhaps best insurance for less miles drivers, 7, tech team and customer service team is fast responder list goes on but my full support and best wishes with you by-miles, and mostly cause you simply deserve it. good luck Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Lots of problems so far

So far been had lots of problems with the GPS tracker "losing signal" because of this it makes up its own route that it thinks you may have took instead of the route you did take. This would be great if it used the quickest route (like most people would drive) but it doesn't, it will backtrack on itself take a 2-3 mile longer detour (which your supposed to pay for). The only positive is that when I contact them online they remove the faulty journeys.....after 15-30 mins of answering questions...everyday. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021
