Since joining I’ve never had any trouble? Hassle or anything. Quick easy process, easy to connect to your car and best of all totally affordable if you hardly drive. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Great concept, but basic charge is too high.

I'm a new convert who doesn't drive that much these days. Paying my mileage is fairer than me paying for other high mileage drivers. BUT, the basic (standing) charge is too high. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Friendly and fun... Yet you know they're serious.

I love dealing with this company, everything from their fun policy references to the relatable and very informative emails we get. Like when covid began I had an email to tell me about my car battery life and how I can keep it in good working order whilst not driving anywhere during the initial lockdown. And each month I get easy to follow and understand emails when my payment is due. I personally work in financial services and know how confusing jargon can be. They really keep it simple and that helps interactions feel stress free and easy to accomplish. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Easiest Insurance Ever Used

I have a car, like many people do. My insurance was the vain of my life as was getting charged loads. I was looking for a new, cheaper quote (as most do again!) and found By Miles. Was a bit skeptical that i'd get charged by the mkle but it endsnup saving me £100's a year and the branding, ease of use and app all make doing my insurance actually quite fun. Having a little box in my car installtion was no problem, if anythin I encourage it now as my car could be tracked to an extent if gets stolen and love using the app and telling people I give lifts to how much it cost me to drive. All in all, by far best insurance company with a down to earth mentality who don't take themself too seriously. Won't be changing anytime soon, couldn't reccomend highly enough. Easy and cost effective

I changed the to by miles as i moved to London and would no longer need to drive to work everyday. It’s definitely saved me money and has been very easy to use. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020

Great customer Service

Comprehensive Insurance

If you are an occasional user of your car and don't travel long distances on a regular basis, I think By Miles is for you. I was able to cut my insurance down by half what I was paying and with that I got one of the most comprehensive Insurances that I have seen. I recently renewed and the base cost was just slightly above what I paid last year, this compared to other insurers was still significantly cheaper. Support also have been excellent whenever I have needed to contact them. Overall I have had a very. good experience. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
