The caravan Club insurance are efficient and helpful...

The caravan Club insurance were very efficient and helpful when our caravan was stolen. Pay out was quick within 8 weeks, they advised us on how to claim and kept us informed on the progress of the claim enabling us to start the process of buying a replacement meaning the new caravan was in use within 9 weeks. Great service and reasonable prices,nothing beats it.

I have been with Club insurance for many years and have been very pleased withe service and prices . Renewal is easy and stress free and on the one occasion I had to claim for a write off following a no fault accident,the process through to payment was very smooth and efficient. So helpful

I booked 10 sites in Spain and Portugal well in advance using my credit card for the deposits. However as the balance payments for the later bookings became due my payments failed due to the card provider changing from Mastercard to Visa. I rang the bookings service and they checked the status of all the bookings and amended the payment details where necessary and confirmed they had done this by email. So helpful and our 5 week adventure went very smoothly. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2026
