Excellent service

Having had our caravan stolen from a CaSSOA Gold storage site and then recovered the next day I cannot fault them. Straight away they authorised the payment to the Police Recovery agent and also for our dealership to collect it and get it back to the workshop. I was kept up to date by them and the repair was authorised promptly. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022

Friendly welcoming and efficient

Can’t recommend the caravan and motor home club highly enough, from booking holidays to the club shop and having also having our insurance too, speaking to the friendly staff when asking for help, as we are fairly new to the caravan life, they are just a wonderful support in every way when we have needed something.
