Claim dealt with quickly and efficiently

We made a claim on a damaged worktop, the caravan was taken to the dealer for repair. Caravan club paid the dealer direct and we paid the excess with no problems. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Just simply the best caravan cover

I have been covering my caravan with the Club ever since I started touring in 2006, they simply offer the most comprehensive value for money coverage, would recommend to anyone who simply wants value for money and peace of mind. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

Fortunate non claimer

While in France our friends had to call the Club because of a car breakdown. The service they had was amazing. We were a party of 8 units travelling to the Dordogne, we stopped to give assistance but could not help as it was a mechanical fault. Red Pennant stepped in and our friends were able to to join us on a site which had cabins available while their car was transported to a garage, great service. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021

First class service

Absolutely brilliant service from this insurance. We were unfortunate to have our caravan stolen last year and the club were brilliant from start to finish and we had our new van within 8 weeks ( probably be quicker if it wasn’t for COVID) also I might add we have renewed with them as they are really competitive with other insurance for the cover they provide ( no hidden clauses when you make a claim) as the motto goes you get what you pay for and I’m so glad we chose caravan and motor home insurance, Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
