Review of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Caravan Cover:

Devastated

We have been with the caravan club for many years without making a claim, but in the last 2 years our caravan was broken in twice ,the recent break in they stole 3 windows and broke 2 windows ,we were away when this happened ,so the caravan was open to all the rain and storm damage we had that week,until the storage covered up the windows a few days later,we got the insurance involved immediately, they sent an assor out to look,then a company picked up the van for repair,then came the blow,they offered us 2,900 for the replacement of window fridge ,gas heater that was stolen, They claim the damp had been there for some time ,but we always had it serviced on a regular basis and damp checked, they would not budge on the price ,now I'm gutted we have been let down Reviewed on: 11th December 2022

Life saving flight home

Due to family member being seriously ill club insurance kicked in and took over medical care and bills including bringing us back to England - booking campsite for family close to hospital and transport ( including. Nurse to accompany flight home) and transport to hospital in England- would not have coped without the insurance company taking over Reviewed on: 19th October 2025

Excellent Customer Service

Sadly, I was involved in an accident where my beautiful caravan was written off. The Club insurance sorted everything out, without hassle. It w as quickly resolved and I was kept informed at every stage of the proceedings. Excellent customer service! Reviewed on: 15th October 2025

West Ayton Club the Best inc Staff &facilities

we stayed in West Ayton. the club site immaculate, staff lovely. We had troble with one of wheels on caravan of leaving the site called AA they fixed it , but the staff came over and tried a few things to get it going they were extremely helpful and kept checking in on us. the guy had a buggy took the rubbish away for us. I would definately go there again. Cant praise the staff and the caravan site enough. the facilities clean and the shower room always warm when cold outside. Good pub food just outside the site and 10% off if you showed then your caravan & motorhone club card. Reasonably priced. This was in Autumn. Reviewed on: 14th October 2025
