Since the beginning, I have received nothing but superb customer service from Caravan Guard. 3 year old awning blown under caravan when taken down, then that horrible sound tearing cloth, top caught on something sharp. It had to be the roof. informed Caravan guard our insurance, following day received email explaining what they had doneto get the offer. Accepted , money in bank 2 days later.
