Non claimant

I have had caravan insurance with caravan guard for a few years now, although I have never had to make a claim, whenever I have rung to renew my policy I have had a question or two. The insurance advisors are always friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable. I have highly recommended caravan guard to a considerable amount of people who have caravans on the site where we are seasonal pitch holders. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Value for money.

With money becoming tighter, I couldn't find a better deal than to stay with Caravan Guard. some are cheaper but you seem to get what you pay for with them. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Good Insurers

The staff are friendly and helpful with any quiries. A recent claim was handled efficiently and fairly. I have been with them since buying my first caravan over 12 years ago and have no regrets. They are a good insurer to be covered with and give one piece of mind. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Caravan guard

Took out new for old cover. Did not get what I paid for

Took out new for old cover. Electrical fault set caravan on fire. Fire extinguished with a lot of damage. Caravan guard refused to write off caravan, instead offered to repair caravan which cost more than the resale value. A lot of arguments later they bought caravan from us at “ Resale value” never got the new for old price! Reviewed on: 24th September 2022
