In this day and age it is very reassuring to talk with a real person when raising a query. In my experience in dealing with Caravan Guard I have always been treated as an individual and whatever I have needed to discuss has been resolved first time to my satisfaction. Always Exceptionally Competitive

Caravan Guard for eleven years.

Caravan Guard staff have over the last 11 years provided me with excellent value for money insurance on my caravans. The staff are ALWAYS professional, courteous and definitely friendly. I never worry about renewals, I am always contacted one month ahead of my renewal date - re insuring is no hassle. I have made one claim in all those years, relating to my loss of an awning - within two weeks I had a replacement- and that to me is excellent service. An excellent company to deal with.
