Peace of mind

They did ok

Had a fire in my caravan ( electric fault). I was insured “New for Old” however insurance believed they could repair it at less cost than a new caravan! As a result I was offered old caravan back repaired or a part exchange value to put towards a new caravan! I felt this was very unfair. But they did pay out an agreed amount but not New for Old! Excellent caravan insurer

We have been with Caravan Guard now for at least five years, probably longer. Although I have only had to make one claim, it was quite substantial. In fact it involved the replacing the whole rear section of the caravan. The claim was dealt with professional and quickly, enabling us to get the caravan back on the road for the summer season. The policy is comprehensive and very good value. I am particularly impressed with their monthly email containing reviews and practical videos. Highly recommended and have not intention of changing to another insurer. Reviewed on: 20th August 2022
