CaravanGaurd - security issues...

Good policy cover, but I had initial issues with my security part of policy, got an email after 28 days in stating that I hadn't confirmed my security items, ( security post, steering lock and tracker) when I had previously sent in an email with attached image of proof. Obviously missed but a chat with customer services and a resend of images things were sorted fairly quickly. Reviewed on: 6th August 2026
