Excellent personal service and very competitive rates.

If you phone, you can get to speak to a person, rather than a robot, who is helpful and courteous. I was able to reduce my premium by talking to the person and confirming a number of security measaures I had taken which I couldn't seem to do online. All in all I was very impressed and the rate was very competitive. Reviewed on: 6th August 2026

Refreshing to deal with a decent company.

Had cover with caravan guard last year for the first time and was impressed, renewed with them again this year and with a few minor changes actually got a reduced price. When had to call them regarding some details spoke with a very helpful call taker who helped very much with my enquiry, would, and have reccommended them to others. Reviewed on: 6th August 2026
