Great, efficient customer service

We unfortunately had to make a claim for our motorhome following our recent trip. We rang Caravan Guard who answered very quickly and took all the necessary details. We were asked to get a quotation which was forwarded to them. Within 24 hours we received a response and the repairers given authorisation. The whole process took less than a week. I would definitely recommend Caravan Guard to anyone looking for caravan or motorhome insurance - great customer service, cant fault them. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Very good customer service

We have been with Caravan Guard for a few years now. Thankfully we have never had to make a claim, but any time we have had reason to call them, their customer service has been 2nd to none. Staff are knowledgeable friendly , patient and polite. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Reassuring and Reliable

During Covid lockdown our camper van was stolen. Although the operators were working from home at that time, everyone with whom we were in contact were so helpful. If they said there would be a return telephone call, there was. The arrangement for a Covid secure assessment was quickly arranged and a fair offer accepted. No trying to downgrade payment. Very good when things go bad

I've been with this company for about twelve years now. Unfortunately nearly three years. ago we were unfortunate enough to have our motorhome stolen for outside our home. They were excellent as we went through our claim. We had the full value of the motorhome in my bank account in just 28days. Also when we came to insure our replacement they did not load the premium. Their prices are very keen anyway, and the cover is excellent. I would not think of going elsewhere for my motorhome insurance now and in the future. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2022

Friendly, professional and very prompt response
