It's so good to be able to have confidence that when you ring Caravan Guard you will be answered quickly by a real person; no multiple choice robots, no automated questions and no other avoidance tactics to prevent talking to real people. The Customer Service team are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and take the time to explain and ensure understanding in clear concise term. Their expertise provides a reassuring air of confidence in their abilities and you know at the end of the conversation you have had a very stress free and satisfactory solution to your enquiry. I rang on several occasions after getting an on-line quote, initially to find out more details of the insurance as Caravan Guard was so much cheaper than the other two quotes I had received. Best of all the phone was answered by a human being, no message telling me I was in a queue, and waiting for ages with dreadful music playing in my ear. All three people that I spoke to were extremely helpful, not pushy, and patiently explained everything. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for motorhome or caravan insurance.
