Started saving with the credit union when I was a working single- parent and was able to take my daughter on our first holiday abroad. I’ve been with clcu since 2016. As a single mum with 3 kids clcu has been amazing for me as the loan repayments are so low and it’s so handy to help save for Christmas and other expenses like a little trip away or home improvements. All the staff are really lovely and friendly, they help you understand your savings and repayments. I look at it as my child benefit is only £33 a week for two baby’s I can spend that nipping to the supermarket on junk and have nothing to show for it where as putting into savings each week I don’t miss it and then each year come Christmas I feel a weight lifted off me with that little loan from clcu I would never leave clcu. Join today and start saving feel less stress for those birthdays and Christmas gifts kids are expensive!!! Reviewed on: 19th May 2022
