Face to face v AI

Wanted to start a savings account for a rainy day. Tried the usual high street banks, but was worried because so many were closing down. Gone were the days of chatting to a person. At the Southport Flower Show, there was a mobile office and staff outside telling me all about how a credit union worked. It appealed to me so I opened a savings account there and then.
