For ease of use Chase is excellent.

For ease of use Chase is excellent. There have been a few glitches in the system where the left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing. And sometimes it has been like pulling teeth to get a reasonable response. It’s been quite good overall as they offer notifications of money going in and out and sending money is fast and reliable. Additionally I am quite happy with their savings account as for the first 6 months 4.75% interest is given which although not the highest is still very good. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
