I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Customer service at Chase is the best in this country.

Customer service at Chase is the best I encountered in this country. Even thought they are an online banking, whenever I have problem about my account, I can message them and it is a real person, not AI nor standard feedback, answering the query, This really saves a lot of nonsense back-and-forth message in other platform.
