Transfer to Chase from First Direct after 23 years

I transferred to Chase from First Direct after being a customer of 23 years. The whole app experience is far more modern and the support was great on the one time I needed it. I opened a savings account straight away - no waiting weeks like First Direct. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
