Anytime I’ve had to call Chase customer service or contact them on line they respond almost immediately, they have always responded and reacted with help and knowledge with anything I’ve asked and when they couldn’t give me an answer at the time of the call they got back to me with an answer as they promised they would! Excellent all rounder

Use this everyday and love the fact that I get cashback on everyday transactions on a no fee account. In addition the ability to use the card abroad and still get cashback and pay online the exchange rate is a big win for me. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Excellent customer service with good communication. Easy to use online banking, great to be able to have other named accounts off the main account for specific things.
