I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent banking service provider.

Excellent service, always prompt to answer any questions, extremely fast and efficient service when using the debit card, giving prompt and accurate balance. I mainly use the account as my daily spend account because the service is much faster than my other account. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Great bank, but I feel a bit limited on options comp...

Great bank, but I feel a bit limited on options compared to other main banks. I would like to see a credit card option, to have an overdraft and few more perks. Others then that is a great bank. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Easy to use and competitive

The Chase current account is easy to set up and easy enough to use. I like the opportunity to get a 1% reward on most spending (up to £15 reward per month) and I also really like the competitive foreign exchange rate. It is a little irritating to have to jump through hoops to qualify for the 1% reward each month. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

My first choice

I have had a Chase account for a couple of years and use it virtually daily both at home and more importantly when I'm abroad, it has proven to be the best of the various accounts & cards that I have tried when out of the country. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
