Chase offer great cashback and saving rates

Chase offers a lot of bank for your money with their 1% cashback on spending and good interest rates. They also offer highlights on your spending which helps to budget your finances. Reviewed on: 21st November 2024

Chase - What’s not to like?

Easy to use app and great cashback

Easy to use app and great to have 1% cashback on majority of purchases up to £15 p/m. I've had a couple of issues that were dealt with quickly by customer services. Reviewed on: 15th October 2024

Avoid if you want reasonable service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Refused to explain why they needed certain info, even after formal complaint. Escalated to FOS who ruled in my favour and then ignored the ruling for 8 weeks before being forced to follow by FOS. Reviewed on: 12th October 2024

Great for travelling abroad

Easy to use app which offers 1% cashback. Additionally great for travelling abroad, as there are no fees when the card is used abroad. Reviewed on: 11th October 2024
