My partner introduced me to Chase bank.

My partner introduced me to Chase bank. Since joining we have saved considerably when we have travelling abroad, as our other bank charges us a small fortune for using our card when in another country to make transactions. One of the aspects that make banking with Chase such a golden experience is the customer help lines. Gone are the long waiting on the phone and having to talk to an automated and frankly irritating system, only to have you queries solved with a totally irrelevant answer. With Chase you actually get to speak to an actual person to help you, such simple things like this make people value an organisation and in return the customer feels valued. The cash that I earn is very appealing, it may be a few penny's and pounds here or there but it amounts up over time especially with bigger purchases, just got to be careful not to become a shopaholic. All in all a great testament of how financial organisation should present itself and may it stay that way. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Good, but some points not mentioned by Chase

Got it as I was going to the US but unfortunately the US Chase and UK Chase are two different companies which made banking more difficult. This isn’t made clear. I called up Customer service and they wernt very helpful. apart from this, the account was quick and easy to set up, they don’t charge any travel fees and it’s easy to see what you’ve spent. Chase Bank - help and other benefits

Had an issue with a duplicate transaction I was waiting to receive back into my account. Spoke to a lady in customer service and she was really helpful she put my query on her watch list so she could keep an eye on when the payment came back into my account. She informed me she would follow up to confirm when the payment had gone back to me, which she did and also checked if she could help with anything else. I also like using my chase card abroad and find the app very simple to use. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024
