Why I opted for a Chase current account

I opened a Chase current account due to my old current account provider applying 2.99% on international payments & transfers. I like that Chase do not charge. I like that Chase do perform the required due diligence to ensure that transactions are legitimate. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Benefits, great customer service, easy app - perfect!

The app is so easy, I get money back from a current account and benefit from cheaper rates when travelling abroad. I had to call for some help and quickly had a person who was kind, throrough and solved my problem. I will transfer all my money to chase asap - the service and benefits FAR out weigh Barlcays who I have used for over 20 years. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Easy to use bank app with useful features and benefits

I have never encountered any problems with their banking application and appreciate the fact that they offer interest on current accounts. The roundup feature is also beneficial, as it automatically allocates funds from each transaction into a savings account with competitive interest rates. Notably, this feature is not offered by my premium account with another reputable bank, despite requiring a fee. The user interface of the application is intuitive and presents all relevant information in a clear and concise manner, including card details that are concealed on the physical card for enhanced security.
