Chase my favourite bank.

I love the security of the card and how easy it's to use the Chase app. Being able to freeze my card when necessary and also earning interest on what I spend. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

Fantastic Bank with a great mobile App

Banking App works really well. It's easy to search for entries and to print statements. It's great that you can choose the statement period too. The interest paid on Current Account is really useful and that coupled with 1% commission on most purchases makes the current account very competitive. It's easy to open multiple accounts, so you can use the different ones for different purposes. It's easy transferring money into/between and out from the Bank. The roundup feature is an interesting idea - I like the higher interest rate offered on that separate account. Security seems good too - where it often requests confirmation of purchase before allowing it. My interaction with their help desk is excellent too. So far I'm really pleased I opened accounts with them (I have a Savings Account too that offers instant access and a higher competitive interest rate). Of course it all relies on the phone App working - there is no Web access, and there are no branches (there are fewer and fewer bank branches for all highstreet banks anyway), but the benefits outweigh the few disadvantages of an app based bank. Used for all my spending!

Great round up feature enabling me to save a little without noticing. Good Interest on account and the security of no account details other than my name on the card should I come to lose it. I can also find my details on the app. Including my pin number. Reviewed on: 13th April 2024

A modern bank, doing the digital age right.

I'm not very well off but with the amazing offer from chase and their incredible interest rate I'm actually adding money to my account each month and having to spend doesn't feel so awful when I get a bit back. The setup processes was so smooth it took less than 30 minutes, people keep asking me what the catch is. There isn't one it's a modern bank doing modern banking how it should be done.
