I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Amazing Customer Service

I had issues with a bank machine not issuing money and Chase customer care were amazing in sorting it. They communicated throughout and the money was returned within 5 working days. The 1% cash back and savings rate is also great. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
