Positive experience

I’ve had a really positive experience with Chase Bank’s current account so far. The app is easy to use and everything feels straightforward and well organised. Payments go through quickly, and I like how clear the transaction information is. Customer service has been fast and efficient whenever I’ve needed help, and I’ve always felt like my questions were properly answered. Security is also reassuring, the notifications and verification steps make me feel confident that my money is well protected. Been with Chase for a few years and never had an issue.

Been with Chase for a few years and never had an issue. Really like the app, really easy to use and all the savings pots make it so easy to track my savings. Even started investing with them now. Only thing that’s been a shame is that every year the cabs back rewards get worse. Used to be on every purchase and now it’s only one food and transport. Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

Chase Current Account Review.

When i started Banking with Chase they provided payback when you used your account for the first year. They then changed the rules making it harder to get this reward. If they did what most Banking establishments do and reward against each spend rather than using the arbitrary companies category rating it would potentially be a scheme worth considering meeting the criteria to avail your self of. In my opinion other Banking Institutions offer better and more consistent services. Despite this one negative I find Chase to be honest and reliable but they are my number two Bank.
