I LOVE Chase

I love Chase. They’re fantastic for daily spending. I love the cashback offer, the savings rates, the round up feature and the integration with Nutmeg. Customer service is also beyond great via phone and chat. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Chase Bank - almost the full package.

Chase handles banking intuitively and seamlessly - I’ve never had any issues and overall find the feature set, such as integrated investing and setting up new pots, mostly comprehensive. However, a missing feature that I have found myself using other banking apps for is virtual and 1-time-use disposable cards for purchases online where safety and security may be a concern (e.g. when Apple Pay isn’t supported and I’d otherwise have to input my full card details) Reviewed on: 14th February 2026

No need to chase them up

Used now for a couple of years. Love being able to spend abroad with no charges. When at home we earn cashback on certain purchases and have a round-up account at 5%.. Also the limited contact I've required from customer services has been really good. Add the fact that every penny spent sends a notification to my phone. "What's not to like?"
