Account opening easy and swift

Since opening the account I have nothing but praise for Chase. The account opening process was easy and swift. Also impressed with being able to access card details through the app, which wasn’t available with other uk banking apps until more recently. I have recommended Chase and would continue to do so. Excellent customer service and a great all round bank.

Excellent service. Any queries about outgoings are answered quickly and efficiently though the app. I get 1% cashback on purchases, there is a linked saving account which pays a fairly good interest rate and also a round up feature, which rounds up spending to the nearest £1 which pays 5% for a year. Great Perks!

Had my account a little over a year, love the cash back perk when you spend and being able to spend abroad with no issues is absolutely super!
