I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Easy to use App with real people behind the scenes

Easy to use App. when things go wrong they let you know. When contacting them about an issue I spoke to a person (in the States at the time), they were really helpful and explained what they would do, very polite and informative. Also I find the Save the Difference (ie: the difference between what you pay on the card and the nearest pound gets saved in a separate place, it's fun and I like watching it accrue). Also easy to start a Saving Pot, I think this app led the way in the UK and now others are following in its wake. It does feel personal and fun, makes a bank seem less - intimidating Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
