Makes you feel valued and supported

When I had an issue with a transaction, the bank's customer service representative was amazing. They listened attentively, showed empathy, and worked diligently to resolve my issue. They provided clear and helpful information, kept me updated on the progress, and followed up to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction. 2 years in and still very very happy

I've been with Chase for nearly 2 years now. I have both a current and savings account with them. The app is extremely easy to use, when I had an issue with a payment I didn't recognise I was able to talk to a UK based representative and I got through very quickly, the issue was delt with quickly and efficiently. And the savings rates are great too. Basically I have nothing negative to say and I've also persuaded my partner to open both accounts with them too. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
