The Chase app is so user friendly.

The Chase app is so user friendly. The debit card is the most secure card out of the many banking cards I have ever used. The interest incentives make me want to use the card more than any of the other banking cards that I use. Thank you chase. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

I feel valued by banking with Chase

Their app is really user friendly, easy to use and navigate. The deals and savings offers they have are brilliant, not only is it one of the highest AER on savers but they also offer a AER on my current account, something I haven't had before. I also have a round up account which saves money on the side at a higher AER rate, which i can take out at any time. I also get money back for everything I spend. For the first time I feel I'm actually rewarded for using them as my bank, my previous bank I was with for over 15 years and never felt valued. I like everyone has access to the same deals, I feel its fair and nice being part of this banking experience. I have also used there customer service app for enquires and they where quick to respond, very polite and helped with my query. From my experience so far I'm so happy I was recommend to try them out, currently in the process of making them my main bank. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Great bank account opening offer was great and cash...

Great bank account opening offer was great and cash back easy to qualify for. Also the saving rate is good and like the fact I can have multiple saving pots for different things. The round up feature is also good and I get a better saving rate on that too ! Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Chase is brilliant for organising finances

The process of opening a Chase account is very easy, the app is intuitive and makes it easy to track and manage finances. The ease of opening multiple accounts allows for the separation of bills and spending allowing for easier tracking of these and can ensure that you know what to spend or that your direct debits will never be missed.
