The 1% cashback is great!

The 1% cashback is great! The overall UI/UX is also very good and so is their support, but the cashback is really the why most people are on Chase. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

At the start when I opened the account.

At the start when I opened the account..I had issues (security only) transferring money because from my other accounts to chase, because my chase account was new.... so my chase account was locked for safety I'm guessing... so I was asked to call chase which was easy by the way..
