The bank app is very easy to use and you can set up a savings pot in seconds, also option to round up money when making purchases, so the extra goes into a separate pot, both of these have a higher percentage of interest.only contacted customer services once regarding an issue of withdrawing money from an ATM, which was sorted by issuing a new card that arrived within days. Thrill of the Chase- a modern, seamless bank.

Opened a chase account as an alternative to Monzo after a bad experience- an honestly say it's been absolutely brilliant. 1% cashbacks on all purchases for the first year and brilliant savings rates. I also chose Chase due to an international trip and payments have been absolutely seamless with no issues regarding charges and currency! Would fully recommend. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
