I am glad I found Chase Bank

Ever since I joined chase, I just love what the account offers me. The high interest rate on savings accounts to getting cashback on every shopping that I do. Customer service is second to none!

Customer service is second to none! I’ve had 2 issues in the last 12 months at cash points, 1 overseas (Vienna) and 1 in the UK (Marple) where cash was never dispensed. Both occasions were dealt with incredibly swiftly and communication impeccable. The app is so easy to use, much more user friendly than other providers (Barclays/Halifax/Monzo etc).
